The Bloomfield Professional Center Housing Project in Mandeville, Jamaica reached a major milestone on June 2, with the successful handover of Phase I. The project received its official Certificate of Delivery, signed by the client, marking final acceptance and the formal completion of this phase.
Covering a total construction area of approximately 9,000 square meters, Phase I included the construction of a four-story reinforced concrete main building, along with all necessary supporting infrastructure and facilities.
Despite challenges such as adverse weather conditions and logistical complexities related to material transport, the project team remained committed to excellence. Through rigorous quality control, strict safety management, and efficient coordination, the team ensured that the project was completed on time and to a high standard.
