On June 20, the grand opening ceremony of the Hengli Hydraulics Mexico Plant was held in Monterrey, Nuevo León, marking the successful completion and handover of the project constructed by China Harbour Engineering Company (CHEC). The event was attended by representatives from the Mexican government, North American partners, and senior executives from Hengli Hydraulics Group.

Located in Finsa Industrial Park, the project covers a total construction area of 80,000 square meters and includes eight standalone buildings, along with complete supporting infrastructure for water supply and drainage, electricity, firefighting systems, and HVAC. The facility will serve as a major production and logistics hub for Hengli in the Americas.

Despite facing a tight construction schedule and multiple design adjustments, CHEC’s project team demonstrated exceptional coordination and flexibility, ensuring that all critical milestones were met and the project was delivered on time and to the highest standards.

The completion of the Hengli Hydraulics Mexico Plant represents a major step forward in Hengli’s strategy to localize supply capacity in the Americas. It also reinforces CHEC’s growing role as a trusted partner for Chinese enterprises expanding overseas, while contributing to deepened industrial cooperation between China and Mexico.

This achievement highlights CHEC’s technical expertise, commitment to quality, and capacity to deliver complex industrial projects that support global supply chains and cross-border collaboration.
