On August 22, the signing ceremony for the first phase of our Jamaica North Villas project was held, marking the receipt of the first pre-sale payment.
Despite strict regulatory approvals, the team achieved a full sell-out of 69 villas within just one month—19 months ahead of schedule—exceeding sales targets by approximately 2 million dollars.
This milestone signals the project’s entry into substantive sales and secures funding for future development, further strengthening our competitiveness and brand presence in Jamaica’s housing market.
