The project can be divided into two phases. The first phase involves the reconstruction of the infrastructure damaged by the seismic activity of February 27, 2010, and the construction of a new pier. This phase includes a connection project between Piers 3 and 4, the construction of the new Pier 4, the installation of a gravel mound in front of Pier 1, and to the north of the Croisette expansion project.
The second phase involves the reconstruction of the bases of the pilings of Docks 2 and 3, the expansion of the front and rear sections of the terminal, and the reconstruction of the terminal panel.
