On December 17, the Montego Bay Perimeter Road Project in Jamaica organized an on-site learning and observation activity focused on roadbed construction, with the participation of project leaders and safety and quality management personnel.

During the session, technical representatives from the Changshan Road Section 3 provided comprehensive on-site briefings covering deep excavation and high-fill earthworks, addressing construction methods, safety requirements, quality control, and schedule management. Representatives from other sections also shared best practices and lessons learned.

This activity reflects the project team’s continued implementation of CHEC’s “Twelve Key Safety Measures” and supports the strengthening of integrated capabilities in safety, quality, and construction efficiency as the project advances toward its next phases.
