Recently, Wang Jianfeng, Chinese Ambassador to Jamaica, led a delegation on a site visit to Phase I of the Northern Parcel Villa Project. The delegation was accompanied by staff from the Chinese Embassy in Jamaica, representatives of China Harbour Engineering Company’s Jamaica Office, the North–South Highway Company, and the project management team.

During the visit, Ambassador Wang was briefed on the overall project progress and toured the show units, gaining detailed insight into the project’s planning and design, functional layout, and on-site management. He expressed satisfaction with the villa sales progress and highly commended the project’s construction quality and brand image.

Ambassador Wang also outlined three key expectations for the next phase of development: maintaining high standards in safety management and quality control to continue delivering benchmark projects; accelerating the launch of Phase II by capitalizing on opportunities in the high-end housing market and delivering premium products; and strengthening communication and coordination with local communities and stakeholders to expand cooperation and build a mutually beneficial partnership with Jamaica.

The project management team expressed sincere appreciation for the Ambassador’s visit and guidance, committing to fully implement his recommendations, advance the project with high standards and quality, accelerate planning and implementation of Phase II, actively fulfill social responsibilities, and foster strong local relations, with the goal of developing the Northern Parcel Villa Project into another benchmark of practical cooperation between China and Jamaica.
