The reconstruction project of the Taltal Technical High School in Chile has officially entered its construction phase following the handover of the site by the Architecture Department of the Antofagasta Regional Office of the Ministry of Public Works (MOP).
The handover ceremony was attended by representatives of the project owner, the supervision team, and the construction contractor. With the site now delivered, the project will move forward with full-scale construction works.
As one of the Antofagasta Region’s key social infrastructure projects, the initiative includes the construction of classrooms, technical training workshops, laboratories, a library, administrative areas, a cafeteria, and indoor and outdoor activity spaces. Designed with a focus on sustainability, energy efficiency, and functional zoning, the new campus will provide modern technical and vocational education facilities for approximately 715 students.
The project reflects the company’s continued involvement in Chile’s public building sector and its broader commitment to supporting social development and education in Latin America.
