On February 27, CHEC Americas successfully held the first 2026 session of its internal seminar series, the “Harmony Learning Workshop,” at the regional headquarters. A total of 13 Chinese and local employees attended the session.

The theme of the lecture was “The Bidding Process as a Strategic Project,” delivered by Sorush, a member of the local technical team. He explained the importance of structured thinking in the bidding process and covered key topics such as the review of tender documents and technical specifications, risk identification and management, coordination with external consulting teams, as well as engineering design and cost estimation. He emphasized that treating the bidding process as a strategic project is not merely a formal requirement, but a critical factor in increasing the likelihood of successful project delivery. Following the presentation, both Chinese and international employees engaged in an active Q&A session, creating a lively and interactive atmosphere.

The “Harmony Learning Workshop” is a key cultural initiative promoted by CHEC Americas in 2026. Centered on professional knowledge sharing, the program invites one Chinese or local employee each month to serve as a speaker. It is an important initiative to promote the “Scholarly CHEC” concept, foster cross-cultural integration, and strengthen the company’s “family” culture.
