Recently, various units of CHEC Americas organized activities to celebrate the 2026 “Our Shared Holiday” – International Women’s Day.
At the Panama headquarters, a celebratory luncheon was held, bringing together a total of 15 female employees from both Chinese and local teams. Participants shared their diverse professional experiences within the company, expressed strong appreciation for the company’s efforts in fostering an inclusive work environment, and affirmed their commitment to continue contributing value in the future.
The Fourth Bridge of Panama Project also organized a Women’s Day celebration, presenting each female employee with holiday gifts and warm wishes. Women on the project have demonstrated remarkable resilience and dedication in their daily work. Whether in managing safety and quality on construction sites or providing comprehensive logistical support, they have contributed with professionalism and enthusiasm, playing a vital role in advancing project development.
Meanwhile, the Peru Office hosted a themed International Women’s Day activity, extending festive greetings and sincere appreciation to all female employees for their hard work and valuable contributions in their respective roles.
