With proven experience in large-scale initiatives such as Grand Plaza in Los Angeles, USA, CHEC Americas brings expertise in urban planning, construction, operations, and investment promotion, contributing to the orderly growth and strengthening of cities across the region.

Cheddi Jagan International Airport

The CJIA Expansion Project includes a longer runway, new and upgraded terminals, expanded aircraft apron, and modern utility systems — all designed to improve capacity, safety, and efficiency.

Pegasus Hotel Project

The project consists of two sustainably designed buildings (12 and 7 stories) covering a total area of 35,847 m². It prioritizes water reuse, energy efficiency, daylight optimization, and renewable energy through features like rainwater harvesting, passive ventilation, solar panels, and compliance with LEED standards.

The bridge features a distinctive H-shaped main tower standing approximately 186 meters tall, with a 75-meter navigation clearance, and a deck width of 36.87 meters.

Guyana AC Marriot

Located along the East Coast of Demerara, the AC Marriott Hotel project is strategically positioned just 2.5 kilometers from the Atlantic Ocean and only 0.5 kilometers from Eugene F. Correia International Airport.

Spanning a site area of 10,562.3 m², with a planned construction footprint of 8,918.04 m², the development includes an open plaza, the main hotel building, a retail space, swimming pool, parking facilities, and other supporting amenities.

The hotel will be constructed to Western high-end interior design and finishing standards.

The Runway and Roadway of the Airport of St. George

Focused on upgrading the runway and supporting infrastructure, this project enhances Grenada’s main international airport, boosts tourism, and creates local employment.

The construction covers a total area of 45,500 m² and includes foundation works for the factory, installation of steel and enclosure structures, construction of a concrete office building, and associated outdoor facilities.

The Catherine Estates

Phases 3 and 4 include 622 low-income housing units and full infrastructure—water, sewage, roads, and electricity. It supports social development and strengthens CHEC’s urban presence in Jamaica.

Las Palmas Concession Reservoir

With a 55 million m³ capacity over 252 hectares, this irrigation reservoir features a 560 m long, 70 m high CFRD dam, a secondary dam, and a 57 km feeder canal connecting to the Petorca River basin.

Grand Avenue in Los Angeles

Located in the downtown area of Los Angeles, the total area of which is approximately 144000m2.

The Grand Avenue is a mixed-use development comprised of Equinox hotel, retail, luxury residential units, ultra-premium luxury residential units, and parking facility.
