Costa Rica Highway 32

Located in central Costa Rica, this project forms part of the country’s main arterial route connecting the Caribbean port of Limón with the Nicaraguan border. It involves the reconstruction and expansion of a 104.2 km stretch of Highway 32—from the Ofrio junction (Highways 4 and 32) to Limón—into a modern four-lane expressway. The route passes through five cities, crosses seven major rivers, and intersects with Highways 247, 248, and 10, navigating a landscape of plains and rolling hills.
